A detailed operational and technical assessment.
If the Discovery Call highlights an impactful opportunity, StratoView can conduct a site assessment of operations, workflows, systems, and facility conditions with the objective of understanding the current state, identify root causes of visibility challenges, and determine where technology can deliver measurable value. A formal Assessment Report will provide realistic implementation solutions and a rough-order-of-magnitude budget estimate.
